Everything is great here, had a really great stay with customer service. Staff is pleasant and courteous and you can park your car on-site. The location is convenient, 1 mile from an open - air mall. The hotel's restaurant is good for dinner.

I loved being just a short 500 meters from the upscale Waterside Shops, made strolling through high-end boutiques such a pleasure, and the fact that a beautiful park area was within less than a 5-minute walk made my daily walks more fun. The only downside was that the coffee shop near the bar lacked inspiration with its overpriced drinks.

Nicely appointed and very upscale place to stay with genuinely helpful employees on service with a smile. Spectacular and convenient location close to restaurants and shops in a very very nice area. The poolside restaurant on the premises. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

At the pool area there was no deck chair available on Saturday afternoon. On all 3 days the lifts were overloaded. Waiting times of 5-10 minutes were the rule. Air condition cannot be switched off.

I would say it's handy base for staying and exploring Naples. The rooms with great bed and bathroom, for example.

The adult pool and the beautiful hot tub, and the beach shuttle was super convenient. We were thrilled about the options for on-site dining too, especially the wood-fired pizza! Our family loved using the bikes to explore the grounds.

Booked villa was sufficiently large. Room for 2 adults (bedroom) and 2 children (sofa bed). Friendly staff.

The Naples Grande Beach Resort offers a fine backdrop for a family vacation. The pools are fantastic, especially the adult-only pool, where I could unwind while the kids played. The service at the pool was consistently on point with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The spacious room featured a lovely balcony, ideal for morning coffee. I enjoyed the delicious on-site dining options, but I wish there were more variety, especially for dinner. It became repetitive. The beach shuttle was convenient, but the wait to return could be long due to non-resort guests being picked up. The beach itself was beautiful but somewhat crowded. Staff were fantastic and attentive. I encountered some frustration with the limited parking near the beach and the cabana situation. Non-resort guests had the same access to rental chairs and umbrellas, leading to less availability for paying guests. It felt unfair that I had to claim my spot each day. The late-night pool closures were also disappointing, as I would have loved to relax in the hot tub after dinner. A bit more entertainment during the evenings would have elevated the experience. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the pleasant ambiance, but a few adjustments could enhance guests' enjoyment significantly.
